Product Warranty


Customers who purchase TERACLE product are covered by a total 5-year limited warranty. 

To apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), 

please contact the local reseller/distributor where the purchase was made for the 

necessary assistance.

If it is determined that there is a problem with TERACLE products, 

repairs and replacements are possible at TERACLE authorized dealers according to our 

warranty policies.

Warranty Limitation


TERACLE’s  Limited Warranty will not apply to, and TERACLE will have no liability or obligation with respect to, problems or damage resulting from any of the following:

• Connection to a faulty power source.

• Alteration, Modification, Disassembly or unauthorized repair.

• Improper use of product. 

• User inflicted intentional or accidental damage.

• Any other cause not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

• Warranty Label has been changed, damage or is missing.

• Damage caused by natural disaster, accident, improper installation.



Exclusions from Warranty


TERACLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY PROGRAMS, DATA, OR INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT BEING SERVICED.


It is important to regularly back up your important data to other storage devices.

The warranty does not cover data damage or  loss of data stored on the TERACLE SSD
